Audra is a South Australian based Business Adviser and Facilitator with the Defence Industry Innovation Centre delivering the Supplier Continuous Improvement Program (SCIP) to defence industry suppliers.

Audra has management and financial accounting experience in SME businesses and large corporate organisations, as well as extensive performance reporting and analysis for manufacturing and bulk-grain trading and logistics activities.
Before joining Enterprise Connect, Audra worked for the Defence Materiel Organisation where she led the Strategic Reform Program for the P3 Orion aircraft, in addition to business performance reporting and analysis, strategic planning and continuous improvement activities.
Audra's financial background combined with her experience in continuous improvement encourages clients to adopt a holistic view of their business to identify improvement activities. This approach ensures enduring, sustainable benefits are delivered to the business which can be measured in both financial and non-financial terms.

Qualifications:
Audra is a Certified Practicing Accountant with CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University Southern Queensland. She also has training in Lean, including Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt and Lean Leadership.
